1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DealStack at realestateinvesting.markets (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DealStack provides real estate investment analysis tools, including calculators for rental properties, BRRRR strategy, house flipping, cap rate analysis, and DSCR analysis. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription plans (Pro and Team).
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Free and Paid Features
Certain calculators and tools are available for free without an account. Premium features — including saving deals, comparing properties, exporting reports, and portfolio analytics — require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, features, and terms are described on our pricing page.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
6. Disclaimer of Financial Advice
The information and analysis provided by DealStack is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All calculations, projections, and estimates are based on the inputs you provide and general assumptions. Actual results may vary. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by DealStack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
8. User Content
Any data you enter into our calculators or save to your account remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your deal analyses or saved data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction beyond normal use
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Circumventing any access controls or usage limits
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
